Excellent experience as always
I recently picked up a new pair of glasses and arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment. Expecting to sit and wait I was pleased to be seen straight away by Theresa. Not only did she adjust my new glasses to fit she also renewed nose pads and adjusted 2 of my other pairs of glasses which I still wear from time to time. Theresa is lovely, very helpful and friendly. Having been with Clarke and Roskrow for some years now, I still receive a great, professional and personal service from everyone and always enjoy my visits.
I cannot recommend them highly enough, keep up the good work.

Always a pleasure
Always a pleasure, whether the visit is for an eye examination with Anthony, or to sort frames with Tina, everyone at C&R is super friendly & helpful.
My daughter has also been a client of theirs since she was very young when Anthony diagnosed and helped to treat an eye condition she has. She's always felt so comfortable and welcome coming to have regular checks and ammendments to her prescription and she is always really pleased with her glasses.

I had my eye test with Anthony’s colleague, he was extremely thorough and professional. He took time to explain the tests and the results in a clear way.
Then on to the fun bit! It’s always a pleasure to choose specs with Tina. She picked out a great selection of frames to try on, all so lovely. There was no rush or pressure a fantastic experience and service as always.

Being …of an age, I don’t really do social media, but I’m glad to do it for Clarke & Roskrow occasionally.
I’m going to refer back to some comments I made 7 years ago because they are still relevant. I have carefully checked what I said then, and it still applies, so I’ll recycle it. As I said then, “Clarke and Roskrow are something totally different from the usual experience when visiting opticians. In a different class entirely from the usual suspects on the High Street.”
My most recent experience was that you, as the client, are still made to feel genuinely welcome. The quality of customer care and attention to detail is still there. The eye exam with Mr Clarke was just the same – outstanding, and frankly, just what you get used to here. I got good guidance on specs choice from Bhav, which was BEVEL. I’m told that I’m still a ‘style icon’ for Clarke & Roskrow when I’m out and about.
High Street opticians? I assure you that C&R are definitely nothing like them.
